Norton delete on download #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.just download the file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
norton security suite windows 7

So from what I am understanding Norton is auto-deleting the file?  I would 
check your firewall settings and make sure they are not to strict.  You may 
want to turn off any real time scanning features for a couple of mins while 
file downloads.  I assure it is no virus I have been using fine for some time 
now.

Does it happen to say what virus it thinks the file is?
Do you have this issue with past versions of the app? Or just current latest?
