(bug) Bot config for guild remains paused even after manually rolling with `wb_weather roll` #6

According to the documentation, when the command wb_weather set is used, the daily rolling of weather events is paused. To unpause, a user needs to use wb_weather roll.

In testing, using the command wb_weather roll did not unpause the bot configuration for the guild.
