Would you consider a more permissive licence for this library? Personally I think it would be good if it was utilised in products like Sonnet/ Gotenna/ Pycom.
A dual MIT/ GPL might encourage this type of use, whilst keeping the Disaster Radio app itself GPL/AGPL?
