@jhpoelen just rebased and force-pushed from your change. Added some directives to create_exitnode.sh to disable the unwanted checks that caused the build for your commit to fail in Travis.

Still need to debug some funny activity with running an exit node via Vagrant+Virtualbox, but I'm going to go ahead and merge since we're still passing tests.
