Decide on light sensor setup #13

A couple different ideas have been thrown around.

Measure off (extra?) solar panel
A single lux sensor chip, TSL2561
A single (or multiple) photocells

Ideally, we want to be able to use a digital pin to perform this measurement. I think the cheapest, simplest option is to use two photocells connected to two different value capacitors (one to detect dark values and one to detect bright values).

Me and scott seem to think using an analog multiplexer IC would be the best/cheapest route, plus it would add a lot of analog pins for additional modules. Just picked a few ICs from Al lashers, will test later and update code.
