delete stale gh-pages branch / make master the default branch #14

The latest version of peoplesopen.net is now in the master branch. Let's make that the default branch and delete the old gh-pages branch.

Thanks, I forgot there were two branches. Switched master to the default branch and deleted the gh-pages branch.
