Password reset failure #48

Usernames are currently case-sensitive, making for login confusion.

Is the problem that a user who types an (almost) valid username, but not in the correct case, will get a "password has been reset (maybe)" message and no clue that they got the username wrong?

We now log password reset attempts, which should be helpful for people who run into problems, but they'll need to know to ask an admin for help. This could still be improved significantly.
