The activity feed should show all events (that the given user has access to see) across the entire site. All members should be empowered to easily revert changes to non-profile content to combat spam and correct violations of process agreed upon in advance. It's a good idea to include comments with changes and reverts, wiki-style.

Plus this feature can be later expanded to edit events, the calendar, and project info wiki-style.

Implemented in 84762184a23296d8d1e5aad2c8401e8b6ddd5c1c and once https://github.com/mafintosh/changes-feed/pull/1 is merged it will actually work.
