checking dues #9

Every N months, the system should mark a member account as up for a "dues check". Accounts in dues check status can be removed from dues check status by the member clicking a button stating that they have checked their dues and the money is still flowing or if that doesn't work we can use the buddy system. Or maybe both, where a buddy can check your dues status and then you will be "super verified" or some such.

Why would a person need to do this? Couldn't this be entirely automated?
