Rename to "Tanuki Notifier for Google Chrome™" #810

I received an email from Intellectual Property Team and learned that this extension violates the Trademark Guidelines.

  1. Rename the extension to remove the GITLAB wordmark. This is covered in section 2.1.1 of the trademark guidelines.
  2. Remove GitLab’s logo and replace it with a logo that is not confusingly similar to GitLab’s;

I was instructed to do the above.

So I changed the name and icon of this extension.

I changed the repository name from chrome-gitlab-notifier to chrome-tabuki-notifier to match this.
