My redmine not call the url #11

I have install the plugin on my redmine, but redmine not call my hook url. I use the http://requestb.in/ monitor, and not found request history.

Hi @kevinbobby I know this is very old but just in case you remember, were you able to solve this problem and get webhook calls on requestb.in?
