The CamelCase style of names for DICOM attributes will become part of the standard (see ftp://medical.nema.org/medical/dicom/final/cp850_ft.pdf ). Rules are slightly different than pydicom uses now; almost identical but just a few small variations. I believe the official names will come out in the tables and can become part of pydicom's dicom dictionary.

Waiting on the new version of the standard to come out before doing this...
