Need user help section #11

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. New user don't have the understanding of the application functionality of how the application works and what we can do with provided options.

Describe the solution you'd like Need dedicated user help screen where use can see of how the application function works. Add right-side help icon button in the application top-bar and navigate the user to the help screen on tap.
