Serve Nunito + Tajawal independently as woff

No advantage from Google since fonts can be shared across different site caches, and there's a loss of privacy. But it's convenient so that's what we're doing now.

• [ ] Optimize font fallback rules for when Layl is loading (since phone users are most common)
