Setup location name in target language…

Need to test after deploying since only the official domain is whitelisted for HERE maps

Potential issue is need to use locals of the format en-US and ar-SA, instead of just en and ar

Could have a handler for that… but just annoying lol

Changing provider isn't worth it right now, and the new HERE maps version doesn't even seem to support language

• [x] re-fetch when locale changes
• [x] use country name in UI, keeping country code for calc check

Just confirmed, it's working!

Though the location name does not update till a new request is made -- guess we should refetch the location when a change locale change is made!
