Mounting European buckets? #113

How to do this?

Can someone provide some more information on whether or not this works for 
anyone?  If not, how can the issue be reproduced? I'm not sure how to create a 
EU bucket. Will take a look at the AWS web interface to look for the option.

I don't see an issue:

- Used AWS console to create a European (Ireland) bucket
- uploaded a file via AWS console to the bucket
- sucessfully mounted the bucket on my local machine
- observed that the uploaded file was there
- copied another file to the mounted bucket

Looks like it is working for me, at least.
