Coverage remained the same at 99.57% when pulling 1ab1e3de8b3d6d77a9837da03d026d2194a3d76f on lowks:master into d51ac80c5381a0fef4c2fb31285c40dd43e9d17a on sugar-framework:master.

@lowks Do you have insight to why Kiex failed to install here? I've seen this happen elsewhere with the Travis config language: elixir, and while I appreciate the contribution, I'd like to figure that out prior to merging this in to remove any potential false-positives going into the future.

This PR's pretty obsolete at this point, and most of the relevant changes have already been incorporated. I'm going to go ahead and close this for that reason. If you'd like to contribute further enhancements to our Travis config (and elsewhere, of course!), feel free to submit a new one based off the current master.
