As Professor M, I need to automatically route each new Applicant to the correct Admissions Advisor

Routing to an admissions advisor could be based on:

• last name alphabetically
• country
• programming language expertise

I'd recommend limiting to 2 advisors initially just as a proof of concept. You could pick demo users like Sally & Sarah.

We could hard code some of this initially and come back in to make routing more rules based. For ex., using AWF business rules.
