Repository looks like an import without history of https://github.com/sugarlabs/colgadito-spyral

Tested on Fedora 28, It is not in working condition and probably needs a lot of work to be functional again. Why are we waiting to delete it?

As far as I can remember, I only noted a resemblance, I did not dig deeper into whether a single commit hash of one repository is equal to a single commit hash of the other repository. Is that something you'd like to do?

The activity itself is hard to fix but almost all files are similar, most of the images are same. I am convinced that this is an unmaintained version of calgadito-spyral. @quozl do you want to suggest any other kind of testing before deleting this repository.

If I were testing, I would clone both repositories, then build a list of commit hashes in each, then look for identical hashes or use gitk to view ancestry. If no identical hashes are found, I'd iteratively compare hashes between repositories to find the point of minimal difference. Then I'd evaluate that difference.
