Remove stale branches #33

https://github.com/sugarlabs/browse-activity/branches has a lot of stale branches, some 9 years old XD

Removed several, but left versioned stable branches that we might have users for. In Peru in particular. As they are versioned, they are unlikely to draw the attention of new developers.
