Two clicks needed on some buttons some of the time #12

Test case;

start activity,
click on question mark (?) icon, rules page will be shown,
click on back icon,
click on question mark icon again.

Expected result:

return to rules page,

Observed result:

no response,

Workaround:

click again.

Also occurs on information (i) icon.
