Self-coloured calculator

Research has shown some children with Grapheme-colour Synesthesia may benefit from having coloured digits on a calculator, chosen by the child.

• [x] add a way for the child to colour the number buttons, to reset to default, and to use a preset such as the resistor colour code,
• [ ] use the selected colours for digits whenever they are shown, such as in the entry and equation windows,
• [ ] ensure the colouring does not prevent the number from being seen, e.g. by fading the alpha in the centre of each number button,
• [ ] preserve the configuration in the activity instance data directory rather than the journal object.
