@12sachingupta, you added the same comment into seven issues or pull requests. This caused notification to many people. I agree with @chimosky's administrative response, and I'll add two more things; we use issues to record software problems that we don't plan to fix (otherwise we'd use a pull request), and we use pull requests to record completed changes to software that are ready to be reviewed. We don't use either of these for reviewing student proposals. Thanks.
