Update country names #22

The activity has an old list of country names; some countries have changed the name of their country as it is rendered in English.

@quozl There are some countries, who are still often well known by their older names, should I keep both the names for such countries? eg. Turkey has officially changed its name to Türkiye

We should respect the names the countries have given for themselves in English. If someone has done that work already (such as the United Nations), then we could use that.
