Update README #14

Documentation of this activity was recently migrated from the wiki. See https://github.com/godiard/help-activity/pull/96

This PR updates README where 'How to use InfoSlicer' points to the migrated user-documentation.

Feel free to add/subtract information as necessary from the README.md file.

Thanks. Reviewed to d5e2a6f. Your change removes a copyright and license statement, which would be acceptable if the source code has copyright and license statements intact, but only xol.py has a copyright statement. https://github.com/sugarlabs/infoslicer/issues/15

You may either fix the issue #15, or you may restore the copyright and license statement. Thanks!
