Thanks. Reviewed. Made changes;

• rebased your develop branch onto our master branch,
• also do the file net.py,
• use the same contiguous comment block style as in xol.py, to properly express that the license follows on from the copyright; this is convention,
• convert the COPYING.GPLv2 file from DOS to unix format,
• add trailing newlines to both COPYING files.
