As I said in another pull request, while this is inadequate it does improve on the current situation.

@quozl I apologize, but once I am done with porting the activities (as much as I can), I will update the inadequate readme-files by myself or at least I will open an issue in activities I am unable to update, as these issues can become a good first issue to start for the beginners.

Thanks. I do not recommend knowingly leaving behind mistakes for beginners to fix. It doesn't value their capability and creativity. It makes us all look lazy.
