Unable to run in latest sugar-environment. Port to Python3.

The activity contains a Micropolis binary and operating system shared libraries from long ago. It may help to find a later version of Micropolis. Micropolis is a package on Ubuntu, so using that seems reasonable, perhaps with an embedded package-kit installer as used by some other activities. I've not checked Fedora.
