Uploading image to avatar issue #3883

Description

When adding an avatar and trying to upload media to it, it allows for an avatar to be inserted the first time but if tried again, it lets you select the picture but does not appear to the block or to the screen. This is fixed when refreshing the page or re-uploading the project but some progress may be lost in the refresh.

Expected Behavior

When adding avatars, even in succession, the images should be able to added without having to refresh the page or re-upload the project.

How to Reproduce

Adding one avatar block and uploading an image to it and then adding another avatar and trying to upload an image to that.
