Colour-change for icons

Description

Only the show/hide icon and the decrease block size icon have a change in colour when clicked

Expected Behavior

Similar behavior to all the icons

Before you go too far into this issue, please consider that the icons that change color are expressing information to the user with that change. So please propose what information needs to be conveyed with the other icons you intend to change.

Will not fix unless a reasonable argument is made as to why this change is needed.
