[3851] - Add Collaborate Space #3912

Addresses: #3851

This PR creates a CollaborationSpace that will be used to collaborate on a project.

This PR creates a space for the collaboration and changes the navbar as well ( as we will add copy link features in it ) and when the user clicks on exit, he gets back to global ( where he was before clicking on the collaborate )
