Running genpot and specifying Gdk and Gtk versions before importing.

Thanks. Merged as 681d896. Changes were;

do not check version in physics.py since it is already done for the process in activity.py,
separate changes into separate patches, to make git bisect more useful,
repeat the genpot step because the change to check versions made line number changes.
