Please make formal tarball release #5

Is http://download.sugarlabs.org/sources/honey/Record/ still the official location for formal tarball releases?

If so, it apparently lacks the latest release as tagged here on Github.

If not, I suggest to somehow indicate that it is obsolete.

The directory is ok, I just forgotten upload the tarball. Done now
