Update social #12

Hey, now that django 2.1 is out, can i go ahead and commit the changes to update for it?

@keshavvinayak01 Thank you for showing the Interest. Since this project have zero Test Coverage and also zero userbases (not deployed yet), So the task of upgrading Django also includes manually checking all edge cases or other option is to write test cases for checking all the edge cases.

I mean that makes for a great gsoc project I guess :), I'm in for the whole deployment to make this project live, sounds okay?

@keshavvinayak01 If you have a Project Idea Regarding GSoC, you can discuss that with the organization on the mailing list or gitter community channel.

But it is yet to be confirmed if Social can be a potential project for GSoC 19 or not. so currently, I suggest to work on other projects and once this project will get its green signal you can go ahead. Thanks :)
