Incomplete use of Sugar theme cursors #115

Observed on SoaS 30, 31, 32. The Sugar theme cursors for pointer (on links), text, resize, and almost all other except the default are not used. This is most noticeable in Browse, but may also be seen in the Log Activity, for example, whilst resizing the text area.

In Fedora 35, if the Sugar cursor theme is used in GNOME Terminal, the text insertion cursor is drawn as black on very dark grey.
