Basic GTK Popover styling - makes GTK+ Inspector more usable #55

There does not seem to be a way to change the styling of the arrow in F21 (without a theme engine).

Good work! Now, would be good know if we can use a popover without the triangle, to replace our palettes

Yep.

From my quick googeling of other themes, it looks like in Gtk 3.14 (F21), you need a theme engine to do that (an extra one on top of Gtk).

However, they are phasing out theme engines in Gtk 3.16 from memory, so maybe we will get some good luck!
