Provide communication channel link for contributors. #162

The link to the communication channel ( whether gitter or IRC) will be important for beginners who want to contribute to the organization and want some help from the current mentors and other contributors.

IRC is clearly mentioned in two files here; what do you mean, that it’s hard for you to find, or that you couldn’t get anyone to answer in IRC?
