Several changes to the "how can I help" page:
(1) Add a mention of the Projects Tab, which is easy to overlook but provides excellent guidance to potential contributors
(2) Removed mention of Outreachy since we are not currently participating
(3) Updated links to help-activity, musicblocks, and turtleblocksjs, which are all hosted under sugarlabs
(4) Added Music Blocks to the Prepare section to be consistent with its status.
