Minor language error #192

There is a minor grammatical error that I find out while reading.

Thanks. Interesting idea. It is a mix of tense. What we had;

This means you should [present] tell people you are leaving [present, future] and take the proper steps to ensure that others can pick up [present, future] where you leave off [present].

What you propose;

This means you should [present] tell people you are leaving [present, future] and take the proper steps to ensure that others can pick up [present, future] where you left off [past].

Ideally we should be reinforcing that responsibilities are handed over as quickly or as slowly as they require, and not emphasise sudden departure as a model.
