fix: add instruction to remove the old version from the bundles directory #207

It is going to be fun to work out what the old version is; it may not always be one less than the new version. :grin:

I guess I should support multiple versions then, and let the user choose among different versions. What do you think?

If you wish. aslo-v1 offered old versions. Use case is when a new version does not work, and the old version is desired.
