Add social media icon in README #797

It would be great If we can add social media links on README i.e Twitter and Mailing list.

@drashti4 see sugar contributing doc, you don't need to be assigned to this, just make changes and send a PR.

@drashti4 Thanks, But social media icons are irrelevant for the audience of the ReadMe (developers, mostly)
