Add missing dependency in README python3-empy #888

python3-empy was not added as depencency. This is either not installed by the apt package also. ~ wrt Google CodeIn

If not added, will raise an Error:

It is mentioned to install empy in the native build documentation. I don't think there is a need to add it here. Thanks!

@Aniket21mathur doing this sudo apt install sucrose should help me running sugar right? I tried running this, but crashes on Login
