Change to an activity icon is not presented until restart #910

Reproducer: Sugar in Home View with Pippy-74 installed, then install Pippy-75. (Pippy-75 has a new activity icon).

Expected result: the Pippy icon in the Home View should change.

Observed result: the Pippy icon in the Home View did not change.

Workaround: restart Sugar.

Changes to activity icons are very rare. This is a corner case.

Also cloning an activity to sugar-desktop (I am using sugar-live build) with terminal activity, will not show activity at home view until we restart Sugar.

Run ./setup.py dev to make the activity show in home view after cloning, that sets up the activity for development.

Thanks, but this is unrelated to the issue that an existing activity in home view does not change icon when an update of the activity is installed. I'll hide the comments as off-topic.
