Update ubuntu.md about currently available sucrose package in Ubuntu #983

For ubuntu 20.04, sudo apt install sucrose throws error: Unable to locate package sucrose.

sucrose package available for versions: jammy (22.04LTS) (metapackages): Sugar Learning Platform - Sucrose [universe] 0.118-2: all lunar (23.04) (metapackages): Sugar Learning Platform - Sucrose [universe] 0.120-1: all mantic (23.10) (metapackages): Sugar Learning Platform - Sucrose [universe] 0.120-1: all noble (metapackages): Sugar Learning Platform - Sucrose [universe] 0.120-1: all

https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=python3-sugar shows the package on 24.04 is still in the universe repository; have you discovered that the universe repository is now available by default?

Why have you changed the order of entries to demote latest first?
