fix .desktop filename #4

It causes an error while building a deb-package

There is a confusion regarding TurtleArt and TurtleBlocks https://github.com/walterbender/turtleart/blob/master/turtleblocks.py#L72

TurtleArt in the activity.info fixes installation via setup.py.

I agree, that my pull request introduces more bugs than fixes. Thats why I closed it.

We should figure out how to make this work. The ideal scenario would be to use the Turtle Blocks name throughout.
