What does this PR do?

Correcting the footer text and icons alignment for small screen devices like mobile.

Fixed #439

Type of change

Frontend bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

To Reproduce

Go to www.sugarlabs.org on your mobile
Scroll down to footer section

Expected behavior

Alignment of the footer text should be centered as the alignment of the footer menus and all social icons shoud not exists the screen size.

I'm sorry, but I didn't see this until after we saw the other PR.

I see that the solution here is different. If there are areas of improvement that are not addressed by the other PR, please feel free to offer a new PR and we can consider merging that.

We really appreciate the effort!
