Image issues

Page: homepage Issue: One can see a break in the background image, where the image repeats.

Text issues

Page: homepage Issue: 'Please select a language' should have a colon or period after it, i.e. 'Please select a language.' I think.

Padding & Alignment Oops, I wrote about some padding and alignment issues. Please feel free to ignore any of these.

Page: homepage Issue: Government of Canada logo vertical centering (looks low).

Page: homepage Issue: "Drone Safety, Know Before you Go" text should align vertically with the yellow rectangle, and the same for the French text.

Technical Criteria

Test it on your local
Inspect element and make sure there are no react-axe errors related to the component you're working on.
Merge your branch into the develop branch and push.
Test that everything is working as expected on https://dronecompanionapp-dev.azurewebsites.net
Test on Browserstack to ensure that it responds correctly
If all is good, open a pull request against the stable branch for Fatima to review.
