Task Description

Build a language toggle button link (see wireframe top right corner: https://sketch.cloud/s/jPQEW/a/AzLnVy) that translates the text on click.

Technical Criteria

We discussed this earlier in the week, you'll need to update the state variable in order to replace the DOM with the other language's content.

Acceptance Criteria

Test it on your local
Inspect element and make sure there are no react-axe errors related to the component you're working on.
Merge your branch into the develop branch and push.
Test that everything is working as expected on https://dronecompanionapp-dev.azurewebsites.net
Test on Browserstack to ensure that it responds correctly
If all is good, open a pull request against the stable branch for Fatima to review.
