Task Description

Update the quizzes to get data from the database. Update the database model to use the quiz library's structure.

Technical Criteria

Only data, not styling.

Acceptance Criteria

Test it on your local
Inspect element and make sure there are no react-axe errors related to the component you're working on.
Merge your branch into the develop branch and push.
Test that everything is working as expected on https://dronecompanionapp-dev.azurewebsites.net
Test on Browserstack to ensure that it responds correctly
If all is good, open a pull request against the stable branch for Fatima to review.
