Also added a couple of lines to the CreateMMDModelRoot operator to set the proper names on the mmd_bone properties

With my last commit I think we are getting very close to complete this add-on at a functional level. Maybe we should re-design a little the UI, for example the properties of the Rigid Bodies and Joints should be on their corresponding panels (like the morphs on the Morph Tools panel) instead of the general object properties
